The location was fantastic

The apartment us located in a beautiful and very well served zone. It is very close to the city center and to some of Madrid main attraction.

The apartment is very dark and spaces are small. When we arrived was evident that cleaning were done at least superficially with dirt and hair still on the pavement. We asked for a baby bed that never arrived, even though we wrote to the structure to report it. Internet connection didn't work and again, nobody come to fix it dispite we report it.

The appartment is well located in the city center with everything (metro, supermarket) very close. Even if it is directly on the chueca square, with the closed windows, there is no noise. It is clean and well furnished.

The only way to contact the property is through the booking chat. We arrived at night (exactly at the time we announced in the reservation) and the cot we requested wasn't in the appartment. We tryed to contact the property via chat and via the phone number registered in booking but it was always switched off. Nobody answered to the chat until the next morning. A valid number should be given to booking and to the visitors.
