Brand new Apartment with Extra Sofa Bed, air conditioning, 15 mins to Alki Beach and Downtown Seattle and 19 mins to SeaTac Airport

Very good and roomy spaces. Good communication with the host. Well equipped facilities in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Bus station was very nearby. In general very clean and welcoming.

Wifi in the bedroom poor and intermittent. Apartment look should be improved for safety as the building door is open. There was still trash in the bedroom bin but no big deal. Design colors are very colorful.

It had a very well stocked kitchen, bathroom and closet.

The decor is really bad. A link and purple theme can be really cute, but this just wasn’t quite there. It doesn’t really matter, that was just the only thing I didn’t like.

It is a very nice place, fantastically equipped. The bed is great and bedroom is super clean. I will come again.

In the livingroom was a bit cold due to aircondition setup.

Very clean, nice and cozy 1 bedroom appartment. Appliances are absolutely new. I could find everything I needed for meal preparing. Grocery stores are close. And if you are traveling with picky eaters as my kid, you can easily prepare his fav dishes.

Internet connection was not stable.

Very nice (new) appartment with plenty of room. Where everything we needed and more was available, from detergent to zip loc bags, and coffee to all kinds of cooking herbs.

The bed was a little bit small, or we too big 😁

We cooked our own breakfast. The kitchen was very well set for cooking. We found tea and coffeee as well as suger . There was a coffee maker. We also found a pitcher of cold water and some fresh butter in the fridge. Nice touch It is very possible to cook dinner for 4 adults . I slept on the sofa that opens-up in the living-room and my cousin stayed in the bedroom.

We had 2 problems with the place : 1) The location for us was quite bad since we didn't have a car. We explored the area on foot the first morning after we got there and we realised it wasn't for tourists. I'll recommend the place if you have a car to take you to Seattle Center , Sea-Tac airport or the Beaches 2) The temperature in Seattle was over 100 and the air conditionning wasn't enough to reach the bedroom. However our host came with a new fan after we called him, and he was very gracious. Just a remark : there was a large stain that was still showing on the bottom sheet of the bed in the bedroom.
