Everything— id love to stay longer. Beautiful place, wonderful neighbors. Two thumbs up.

Umm i would love to know who else is in the building. And would love to have the opportunity to meet the owners if possible.

Clean, cozy, very well equipped. Very good value for money.

Living room was a little cold and loud due to the way the AC is fit in the window. Door locks are of poor quality.

Parking was available, secure neighborhood, easy to find, the extra household items were extremely helpful & the accuracy of what you saw in the pictures.

Bathroom/ shower looked like it had not been clean in a while. Dust was on the bathtub floor & where all the shower items were there was also dust. Thought it was just stained but when I took a wet paper towel and wiped it was dirty.

The Property was clean and new, it includes all the kitchen facilities

Unfortunately, during our stay the heater was broken and we did not have hot water on the first 24 hours and they had to change the heater during our stay. I think that was a one time issue and next guest should not have this problem anymore.

We stayed here for seven days, and our experience was highly unsatisfactory. I rarely provided negative reviews in the past, but unfortunately, the negative aspects of our stay overshadowed any potential positives.

- Cleanliness: The apartment's cleanliness was below standard. We were greeted by an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom had rust, mold, and an infestation of ants and spiders. The bedroom's floor was covered in dust and hair, and the bedding appeared unwashed. - Bed Comfort: The mattress quality was poor, resulting in back pain and disrupted sleep. - Noise Levels: Due to poor noise insulation, we were regularly disturbed by sounds from neighboring apartments, including flushing toilets. - Safety Concerns: Inside, the apartment lacked basic security features like a chain lock, raising concerns about key copies and security. Additionally, the neighborhood itself did not feel safe, adding to our unease. - Facility Access: The building's main entrance door was broken during our stay, which was not communicated until the last day, causing confusion and discomfort upon arrival. - Owner's Response to Complaint: In response to the issues I reported, the property owner reacted in a manner that was dismissive and accusatory, worsening the overall situation. Rather than showing empathy or understanding, they suggested that our complaints were fabricated and motivated by a desire for a free stay. This response was not only unfounded but also lacked the customer care and professionalism one would expect in such circumstances. This experience was not just about discomfort; it was a matter of basic hygiene, safety, and customer service. Future guests should be aware of these issues before considering a stay at this property.

The futon did not work correctly. The iron was broken. The livingroom window leaked.
