Brand new Apartment with Extra Sofa Bed, air conditioning, 15 mins to Alki Beach and Downtown Seattle and 19 mins to SeaTac Airport

Super nice apartment with everything you need. New and clean. Great place if you travel with kids and especially for a longer stay Very convenient. In a safe and good neighborhood. Grocery shops close. Always enough parking space in the street. 15 minutes from downtown Seattle. Also by bus. The bus stop is very close to the apartment. A+

Location is great with a store and some places to eat around, quiet neighborhood, feels safe. Street parking could be a challenge, but I managed to park my car pretty close. Property is pleasant, spacious and private, with new appliances, most common kitchen tools and etc. The host is friendly and communicative.

Bathtub was dirty and clogged when I arrived. Luckily, I was able to unscrew the stopper and cleaned it up. There was a huge amount of hair. I'm surprised it wasn't noticeable for the host or a cleaner person previously, water simply didn't go through leaving dirt in the bathtub regardless of cleaning efforts. I haven't contacted the host to resolve the issue, though. I wanted to take a shower after a long day as soon as possible; fortunately, all clean supplies were available to do so, and I know how to clean a bathtub. The issue was resolved, it's just I shouldn't have had this problem in the first place.

The accommodation is located in a very very nice area! Safe, quiet, and the public transportations were very near. (Line 125 and H goes directly to downtown) It was bigger than I thought! I was very surprised. Also very clean and furnished!! The owner answered right away when I arrived in Seattle so it was helpful. I would love to stay here again if I ever come back to Seattle!!!! Considering the price it was truly a nice place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, the owner let me know the wrong password of the keybox so I had to stand there trying different combinations, which luckily, I got right. The owner didn't answer me that day so if I didn't get the right combination, it would have been an disaster. I was lucky but I think they need to double check the necessary information they provide. And the sewege was bit clogged when I first get there. But it was not that awful since I was a single traveler if it was more than 2 people I think it could have been a disaster.

Clean, nice, And it had a local market and lots of restaurants around the area.
