Brand new Apartment with Extra Sofa Bed, air conditioning, 15 mins to Alki Beach and Downtown Seattle and 19 mins to SeaTac Airport

located in a calm residential neighborhood with available street parking. compact apartment for a family of 4 with all amenities brand new and good stock of necessary goods..

eventhough we did not experience any, apparantly - we need to be careful while roaming out in the night (like few areas in seattle). getting the luggage up on the stairs was a task..

The place was organized, extra towels and blankets provided. The cabinets had kitchenware and spices; things were labeled so you knew where things were.

Street parking and stairs only access are both stated in description, however depending on the time of day, it can be a pain to find parking as there are a couple other apartment complexes nearby with street parking as well. If you're traveling light and don't mind walking frequently to get to the place, it shouldn't be a problem. I'm not sure if the bathtub was not cleaned or if the dark brown specs/spots are stains, but he tub took a while to drain after just one shower.

Easy check-in with ample street parking, though we did witness a truck taking out the front of a sedan on the street during our stay. It had an entire kitchen facility with a fridge and washer/dryer.

The accommodations presented a few challenges for us. The unit had no blackout blinds/curtains, resulting in direct sunlight during dinner preparation. Eye masks were required to sleep. Additionally, the single air conditioning unit proved insufficient for the space and operated noisily in the living room. Despite setting it to the highest setting throughout the night, it was unable to sufficiently cool the space by morning, making it difficult for us to sleep, especially since the host instructed us to turn off the air-conditioning during the day, so playing catch up every time we return. Upon our arrival during a heat wave, the lack of air conditioning exacerbated the issue. Furthermore, the recently cleaned carpets and mats were excessively wet, creating a humid environment similar to a sauna. This posed a safety hazard for our toddler slipping on the with wet feet. When we contacted the host regarding the situation, the response did not provide a resolution, as we were instructed to dry the items ourselves. However, the dryer was already occupied, and the carpet was too large to fit. We felt we should not have been expected to remedy this issue ourselves, as it posed a safety concern for our child and required us to handle the host's laundry. The check-in and out instructions need to be updated. It's a keypad, and no physical keys are required.

Everything. Just everything. This man had every single detail thought about. You book this place, and I promise you’ll feel at home. This apartment is new, spacious, and beautiful. I can write an essay about it and still feel I didn’t describe it enough. Everything described about this property by the owner is correct. Super easy and quick check in and check out. Wonderful decoration. Feels safe and the neighborhood is quiet. I warned you I could run out of words complimenting this place!
