Brand new Apartment with Extra Sofa Bed, air conditioning, 15 mins to Alki Beach and Downtown Seattle and 19 mins to SeaTac Airport

Chemicals smell was strong. Neighbors upstairs were loud late at night.foot stomping

I loved how many amenities the property had and how well labelled and organised everything was. So nice to have laundry facilities in the apartment.

The couch is a little uncomfortable, but we didn’t use it much anyway.

It was close to downtown Seattle, there were a lot of things to do nearby and the property was safe!

Nothing

Everything was wel stocked, big surprise there. My only negative is the 'Extra Sofa Bed', a pile of rocks would've been softer then the Sofa Bed. But other then that all was excellent.

Sofa bed. Neighborhood looked a little shady. Some vehicles had tape overs and plastic on their car windows. I'm, not going to lie, but I was concerned about my car. when I had the car loaded up to leave. There was a stranger who looked at the car from the side walk but didn't notice me till late. he moved on after seeing me come out of the car.

The location is quite ok, there is a shopping center about 15 minutes away on foot. Everything is labeled and checking in with the code is easy. Regarding the parking lots, we can only say that it is very crowded in the evening (but we didn't have a car). The apartment is nicely furnished, there is wifi and all the utensils you need :)

The bed is comfortable, but the couch is unfortunately uncomfortable. There were 3 of us and we also had to make the bedding for the couch ourselves, but it was free to take. The bathroom door squeaks, it needs to be oiled. It is relatively loud due to the street and possibly neighbors, so don't forget earplugs

The apartment was really nice. It was quiet and comfortable. It was easy to get inside. Very hospitable host. :)

I don't have anything negative to say.

Clean, big apartment, tea and coffee etc a nice bonus, so convenient for public transport to downtown.

No issues at all!

Perfect stay if you want to unwind, and prepare for a cruise ie clotches washing etc
