Beautiful place, we had wonderful stay... Looks even better than the pictures!

Everything! Very clean, comfortable, free WiFi, amazing views, everything needed for the stay was provided. The sea view is amazing and the location is excellent. Access and checking in was so simple. The communication with the owner was simple & straightforward. No hassle at all.

Only that I couldn’t stay longer!!!

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Unterkunft selbst leider eine komplette Enttäuschung mit sehr vielen Mängeln (kaputte Stühle, Türen, Flecken an den Wänden) und einem Vermieter, der einen ignoriert.

ACHTUNG!!! - Unterkunft hat viele Mängel Diese Unterkunft hatte leider zahlreiche Mängel (kaputte Türen, Stühle, riesige Flecken an den Wänden). Die Fotos sind nicht mehr aktuell! Die ersten Tage waren die Fahrstühle kaputt und man musste bis in den 8. Stock laufen. An einem Tag gab es auch kein Wasser. Für alles gibt es Nachweise und Bilder. Der Vermieter hatte sich leider unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer auch nicht gemeldet und meine Anliegen ignoriert. Ich hatte dann Booking.com kontaktiert und Beschwerde eingereicht. Wie der Kundenservice bei Booking.com mir mitteilte, hat der Vermieter auch hier keine Rück-Info zu den Beschwerden gegeben. Bitte daher unbedingt eine andere Unterkunft buchen!!

The positive aspects are the nice view from the apartment and the good location.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay at this accommodation. The level of hygiene was very poor — the floors were dirty, and the corner sofa intended for sleeping was full of crumbs and hair. The bed linen we found was damp and unusable, and we were provided with only one large towel, which we consider insufficient. After we insisted that a cleaner come to change the bed linen and towels, and after a lot of back-and-forth with the owner, she finally arrived. She brought new bed linen that was factory-packaged and obviously unwashed, and said she would return with towels — which never happened. Over the next few days, we contacted the owner several times in order to get the small towels we were supposed to receive in the first place, which we consider a basic obligation of any accommodation. We only received the towels after three days, following constant insistence. The apartment is generally neglected and in need of serious refurbishment, especially considering the price the owner is charging. Communication with the owner throughout the stay was very poor and unprofessional.
