ATAlthough close to Athens Airport, the property is also within walking distance of wonderful beaches and coastline as well as an excellent fish restaurant.
There was nothing I didnโt like about the property.
FRVery warm welcome with beers and a tour of the place. The place was very comfortable, top value for money and very modern. In the morning, he offered coffee and cookies :) Beyond expectations !

IDSuper clean and the owner was extremely helpful . Even with super late check out he manage to get us some food and help with car ride to the airport .
NOTheo was the best host ever!!! He provided transport from the airport at short notice and even fixed coffee (best cappuccino) for us before he took us to the airport at 5.30 a m! The apartment was really nice, modern with charm. The bathroom was incredible...spafeeling. We will be back for sure ๐

USAbsolutely spotless and comfortable suite a short drive from the airport. Just a short walk to lovely beach, and a beautiful coastal longer walk into town. Theo is the kindest host one could ever hope for, offering transportation services, a thorough orientation to the surrounding area, and yes, the best cappuccino Iโve ever tasted. I was traveling alone and could not have felt safer or more comfortable- everything as pictured and in perfect condition. And when I came down with a cold, he delivered dinner to my suiteโs door.
Some surrounding properties a little run- down, but this didnโt distract or affect my stay.
NZThe owner, Theo was super friendly & helpful, collected me from the train station in Athens & drove me to the airport at 4.45am. He even made a number of local recommendations. While small, my apt was super modern, super clean, the air conditioning was welcome, there was everything I needed, fast wifi, Netflix, a great shower & a super comfortable bed. Perfect. Iโll be back
