Secret Garden Airport-Beach Villa 300m from famous Davis Beach

Theo was a superb host friendly & engaging making us feel extremely welcome & comfortable nothing was too much trouble. He organised pickup & drop off to airport which was only 20 minutes away. The villa is a short stroll to swimming beach & restaurants. Although small it had a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Quiet and relaxing environment we will definitely be back.

Ein ganz herzlicher Gastgeber mit viel tollen Tipps, frischen Feigen zum Empfang und sogar einem 3:00 Uhr morgens-Tee vor der Abreise. Das Zimmer war fantastisch sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Das Haus liegt in mitten eines kleinen Gartens mit Zitronen gelangen Bäumen und Wein ganz in der Nähe des Meeres. Ich fühlte mich sehr sicher und ganz wohl. Äußerst zu empfehlen!

This property was exceptional. A beautiful, peaceful garden atmosphere. Very modern accommodations. Theo, the host, was fantastic. He treated us like family. Clean, comfortable, and a great location. I would highly recommend!

Everything was perfect.

Theo is a very communicative host. I booked the airport transfer and this was super easy, plus he met me with a cold and refreshing Greek sour lemonade, that was very welcome on a 38 degree day. Everything is super clean. The car, bedroom, bathroom and outside area are all spotless and tastefully decorated. The shower has four settings and it is a completely new fit out. Theo was able to recommend places to eat or visit, including the wonderful Davis Beach, only a few minutes walk away. He also provided a lovely welcome drink of wine, and today, some delicious homemade halva. There is Netflix available (I didn’t watch it, but good for some). It’s a fun and rustic walk to the nearby local restaurant taverna. Most luxuriously, Theo also arranged for a local massage therapist, Mariana, to set up her table outside my room. This morning after a lovely swim at the beach, I had the most amazing massage, outside in the shade and slight breeze, while the neighbour played bouzouki. *** I highly recommend asking Theo to arrange a professional massage, or to let you know where the local salon is. It’s perfect either before or after a flight *** I had previously stayed in Athens for a few days, and given the extreme heat, I didn’t want to battle the traffic to get in and out of the city, or crowds of tourists and then hide out in air-con. I’m so glad I found the Secret Garden airport beach villa. It’s hard to believe it’s so close to the airport as it’s so very peaceful. Other people have posted pictures of the room (all very lovely) so I’m including pictures of the massage table, beach and walk to the taverna. It’s been the perfect 24-hour stopover before my long flight to Australia.

Outstanding property, outstanding host and incredible value. Our unit was cozy and quiet with the best bedding and mattress in Greece! The garden and patio is lovely and a great spot to chill out after the beach nearby. Theo the host was very responsive, speaks perfect english, and ensured we had everything we needed. He also provides car transport at a reasonable rate. We look forward to visiting The Secret Garden every time we are near Athens! PS: a hedgehog might visit the garden at twilight.

Stop scrolling. This is the one. Our host had cold wine waiting in the fridge before we even arrived—actual mind-bending hospitality. Gorgeous villa with perfect AC for 40°C days, literally steps from a secluded sandy beach where time stops existing. But here's the thing: ask this host for morning coffee and prepare to question everything you thought you knew about coffee. Greek hospitality operates on supernatural frequencies here, turning every request into enthusiastic problem-solving. Book this place before someone else discovers your perfect vacation hiding in plain sight.

Only regret: booking this perfection for our last night in Greece instead of discovering it first. Next time, we're starting here.

The property and Theo were far above any expectations! Great experience! Recommendations for food and views and conversation were all exceptional. Very prompt with communications and made the end of our vacation stress free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and village.
