CHThe villa is located in a peaceful neighborhood closed to the touristic area with restaurants and stores. It is walking distance from a beautiful beach. The host was very friendly, kind, and made our stay very pleasant.

USThe other reviews were right! Theo is amazing. I was solo traveling from Paros back to the US and had an overnight in Athens. I needed a place close to the airport where I could rest up and where I felt safe- so important as a female traveler in an unfamiliar country. Theo went above and beyond. He picked me up from the airport and I mentioned I needed a quick bite so he took me to grab some food (and helped me order since the menu was all in greek), and he suggested an amazing gelato spot so we made a stop there. He made sure I was comfortable, had water, and then made some amazing coffee and took me back to the airport the next day! It was exactly what I needed and if I ever have another quick stop in Athens I will definitely stay here again!
The room was on the smaller side but it was really nice! New construction, nice finishes, everything worked well, and it's just what you need for one night.

CHOur host was extremely welcoming and made our arrival very easy..he took the time to tell us about good places to.eat near by and we even managed a morning swim before flying out. (And after been offered some yummy home-made treats)
