Could have been cleaner , coffee pod machine would be good , more kitchen equipment like peeler

The indoor pool is relatively small and when we tried to book at check-in, we found it was already fully booked all three days of our stay so we couldn’t use at all.

Nothing. WARNING!! Do not stay here.

The caravan was dirty, tired and broken in more ways than one. As soon as we opened the door we were met by a disgusting smell. Dirty seating, dirty bedding, uncomfortable mattresses in the children’s room, en-suite basin hanging of the wall, toilet flush not working, smoke alarms disconnected, gate missing from decking so 3 yr old couldn’t go outside. This caravan was billed as having wonderful views (completely surrounded by other vans) 2 mins from beach ( Usain Bolt would struggle to reach the beach in 7 mins if he dodged the dog sh33 on the way). Don’t be fooled by the recent reviews they’re probably family or friends, skip to Zoe-August 2024 on Booking.com for a more accurate appraisal. Or believe ours, it’s a true reflection. Owners dismissive, blamed the cleaners, and no offer of even a partial refund for a completely ruined annual break with ourgrandchildren. STAY CLEAR OF SANDY SHORES CARAVAN.

Clean, good layout, all worked well. Lovely beach for the dog. Beautiful walk around to Polkerris.

Kids beds are very lumpy. You can feel all the springs. Site swimming pool really is just for kids small and all booked up when we arrived.

A lovely quiet area perfect for being able to switch off.

Just a few tweaks needed. Although the place was clean the bathrooms could do with a little tlc for example new sealant round the shower as what is there isn't looking its best and the sink stands being more securely fixed. Also in a place for 6 people ensuing there are 6 plates and forks as one has clearly been broken or something and not replaced.
