Big and spacious rooms and hall.

1) location was far from haram, 20min from car 2) Kitchen wasn't good, cupboards were broken and the kettle was used and not clean. No hot water in kitchen. 3)sofas of hall and rooms carpet weren't clean.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and it had all the facilities we needed.

We had to wait outside for 15 min before we received the code to our apartment.

Room was nice clean and big

In winter the room is cold! They didn't have heater. We had to pay 50 riyal extra to use heater. It's really far from harram. It takes maybe 20 minutes or more to go harram and will cost you like maybe 30 -40 riyals. Taxi drivers cannot locate the place if you don't give then the postcode. I had to every time cope the long address from booking.com and paste it in uber. If your phone dies then you can't really come home because no1 knows this area or road. You must have the specific postcode and road name (which is very long). If its your first time in medinah sharif avoid living this far

It was spacious. Very comfortable bed. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was worth the price I paid. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Kept me updated by checking timeously how far I was on my journey and what was my expected time of arrival.
