Location was good rooms were spacious and clean.

There was a lizard in one of the rooms due to window left opened.

Did not get chance to stay as we reached there there was no lobby and no proper customer care support. I had to booked another hotel at middle of night

Spacious clean rooms, parking space available. Location easy access, shops. 20 min to Masjid-el-Nabawi

Unavailable towels and mats … 2sr washing powder would have saved us from hassles of finding Bakala for water and washing powder

Clean and organized. Sure I will come back again

Too noisy maintenance. There was some maintenance on the roof which can be delayed when no guests are in the facility. I hope soon those maintenance work will finish.
