"Lovely flat disappointing service and water temp!"

New, clean, good location, comfy bed.

I had to wait 3 hrs to get my access details, 1 of which was sat outside the apartment. The help line didn't get back to me for over an hour. I didn't have hot water for my whole stay. When questioned I got told to press the "boost" button. This didn't work either, no shower for two days!!

Don’t get me wrong inside the facility was nice and clean outside we had people playing knock door run on our door all night and early hours so I didn’t mange to sleep it was so loud the whole block smelt of weed I didn’t even stay their the second night so I wasted so much money to be honest got up in the morning and went home

"Could have been so much better"

Location was good and good for parking.

We stayed for over a week and we had a number of issues.. it just lacked care. Bed didn’t have a mattress protector and only a valance as a sheet, bed lamps not working and stains on cushions. Pans were rusty,they asked us to purchase new ones, which we did. Hoover end was broken so not easy to use. Lukewarm water in shower- no engineer came so we have to live with it. Smell of marijuana coming through the vent in bathroom from neighbouring flat. However they did offer us another flat but with only 3/4 days left it would have been a hassle to move. And I will say we did get some money back for all the issues. It was a shame as it could have been a nicer stay, if they regularly did checks on what was broken and needed. I’m sure the next visitors would have had a good stay.

Good location in Jewellery Quarter. Parking, but also easy to walk into town. Good size apartment. Basic facilities.

There was no hot water for the first two days of our stay. They did get an engineer out and the element had tripped and needs replacing. There was rubbish and a bag of used bed linen in the boiler cupboard. The flat overlooks a central courtyard and there were loads of bags of rubbish overflowing the skip and out into the courtyard. Quite a strong smell of cannabis from a neighbouring flat. There was a phone line to get the hot water resolved and they did eventually.
