The whole property itself and the friendliness of the host! I'm not sure why other reviews are saying that the property is unclean. The property was squeaky clean when i was there. All of the amenities are working fine and it really exceeded my expectations. I want to give a special shout out to the host, Kumanan who was very friendly, polite and tried his best in assisting me with my requests and queries. He even came upon check out time to check if i had a great time during my stay. Thanks kumanan! I would totally recommend this place for families and a huge group of travellers.

It's a private beach however there are few people that manage to access the beach from a way on the right side of the beach illegally. My suggestion is to put NO ENTRY signage in future.

All services and facilities superb!

The homestay was beautiful, very well equipped with excellent location, right in front of a lovely beach.

The check in was delayed by 2 hours because the homestay was dirty and needed to be cleaned up. Yet, there was only one worker still cleaning the place at 5pm. He looked very tired. A place this big needs more cleaners. Please look into this matter.

The location was good. On the beach

The staff does not respond to your queries and request. There were no towels provided contrary to the information on booking.com, also to the notice to leave used towels in laundry basket posted in the house. Called the staff more than 20 times to find out about this, calls not answered. Messages also not replied to. We stayed for 3 days and 2 night, I felt that they don't care what happens to you. They totally didn't bother to reply or respond until we checked out. The staff really don't bother about you, if you are comfortable or not? is everything ok? Is everything working? There was sand all over the place even on some beds. Understood that the place is on the beach, but not justifiable because the cleaning fee was over RM 400. Aircond in living room not working. 3 massage chairs but only 1 working properly. The bathroom in the master bedroom cannot be used. It is beautiful to look at, but once you start bathing, the water pools on the floor and you have to stop. The drain outlet is clogged. In another bathroom, the shower handle was missing. Took sometime to figure out how to use it. There are many other facilities that were inoperable. The house itself is not in perfect condition. It would be tolerable in any other circumstance, but here when you are totally ignored, the feeling is very bad. You have problems but the property manager won't listen to you. Finally, my children accidentally left clothes there and I tried to get in touch to have it returned. I gave my address and said that I would pay the costs. After several reminders, they finally gave the number of the person in charge of the house. He said that he found the clothes. When asked when will they be returned, the reply was a thumbs up sign. Upon further calls, he said that he was busy and will send them back when he finds time to do it. It has been 4 weeks now and basically it feels like you are talking to a wall.

The location is superb. The property is very spacious… apt for big families.

Poor maintenance. Clogged and dirty toilets, faulty remote, some utilities like towels and soap are not provided.
