The house, the beach but we were late as trafic was bad and could only stay for a very short while so ends up being a very costly holiday where we mostly only had dinner and bfast and the kids had a short dip in the pool :( Check out time is too early at 11 am when check in is at 3 pm. Shd at least be 2 pm for 11 am check out

"Great disappointment and I felt that I'm being cheated."

The only plus point is that the property has it's own private beach.

The property is not maintained and dirty, most power point and facilities like Aircon, auto gate, water heater, remote control etc...are not functioning. The host charged RM250 for cleaning fee, but when I booked in, the floor is dirty and sandy. There's a rotting food smell at the patio. All the toilets are left with half used toilet roll without replacing new roll.
