The staff were courteous and the rooms were clean and neat

The enterance to the hotel is in a narrow lane. Difficult to take a vehicle to the hotel enterance as there are other vehicles parked.

There was a strong unpleasant smell at the entrance and in the stairwell, and one time the elevator got stuck and took a while to start working again
