Hotel Beverly Palace Santacruz - Near BKC - Mumbai Airport T1

It was completely misrepresentated! The twin rooms on the 3rd floor were so small and there was no place to keep or even open our suitcases! The pics are very misleading. This place is not on the ground floor and you arrive to a filthy entrance way surrounded by building material. Booking.com does need to have a independant person to verify some of these places. They also mixed up our bookings and initially checked us into slightly better rooms, and then insisted we move as they had double booked tje rooms! There were only 2 very young staff, who were pleasant but under huge pressure!

The boy didn't respond despite asking multiple for hot water boiler

Room was clean, shower was really good. we like that we had water provided everyday

We didn't like that there is no window in the room, feels like in a cave but in another hand no noise from the street so good sleep. It was good for the price and comparing other places
