Exclusive Green Apartment - City Center - Como - Near Station

The location is very close to both of the train stations, very easy to walk there. The host, Matteo contacted me prior the arrival and sent a video how to get in to the apartment, the lockbox is easy to find. The place is on the edge of the historical downtown, and located in a very quiet area. The house is large (about 60 sqm), which was more than enough for a couple to spend a few days. The house was sparkling clean, Linda who maintains the house is doing a superb job! Both Matteo and Linda were very kind and helped us during our stay, even provided support after we left! We are definately coming back!

The property was in a great location, directly between the train station and the old town nearest the port. The apartment was comfortable and very clean, Linda the cleaner was also a gem with lots of good tips. We loved our stay in the Green apartment

A smaller sofa bed could probably be a better fit when accommodating 4 adults, but it didn’t really bother us having the sofa open in the lounge area.

Nicely equipped apartment. Linda helped us settle in and we were impressed with how clean the apartment was. Bed was comfortable and the location was excellent.

If I had to find something, it would be that it would have been nice to have some extra pillows.

No elevator

Central location near the train station with a number of restaurants and shops near by. Modern amenities including a kitchen, renovated bathroom, washing machine, heating and air conditioning. Easy check in process with the hosts sending a message on WhatsApp with video instructions.

Unfortunately the towel heaters weren’t working and the hosts were unable to help on this instance.

The property was ideally located, a short walk from the train station and close to restaurants and the port with easy access to the boats in the lake. Very comfortable apartment, beds were also comfortable, good kitchen facilities, well appointed bathroom. The host has added all those little extra things that most hosts don't have in their apartments. The host was very easy to communicate with and a pleasure to correspond with and gave easy instructions to access the property. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment, either for short or long stay.
