Exclusive Green Apartment - City Center - Como - Near Station

We absolutely loved this apartment. We’ve been traveling around Europe for 7 weeks now and this one was the best. Fantastic location, near the train station, near the port and city central. Short walk to the supermarket. The apartment had everything you need to be as self sufficient as you want to be. Washing machine too with a line outside and an inside option with a collapsible clothes rack. They even have wine for you to purchase if you are interested in local or regional Italian wines. Would highly recommend this apartment 😊

The only downside was that it was on the 2nd floor with no lift options. Not a problem for us, but maybe for others. Other than that, it was perfect.

This has been the best accomodation we have found in Italy. It is well equipped and has a great design, layout and space. Everything is clean and new and everything has been included that you could need. The photos do not do the place justice.

No complaints at all.

There's everything you need.

- The washing machine was moldy, but we cleaned it as much as we could and made a few quick washes. We travel light so we still appreciated its presence and available washing capsules. Thorough cleaning of the inside of the machine is necessary, though.

Spacious modern apt very comfortable had everything we needed and the host left us a gift to make a meal with a bottle of wine

No downside

We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. The location is fantastic—only a 10-15 minute walk from Como San Giovanni train station, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood and near Como Village's wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's also conveniently close to the port for Lake Como ferry cruises. The house is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Check-in was smooth, and Diego, the owner, communicated well.

The only minor issue was the WiFi, which can be spotty and weaker in the bedroom.
