Le terme una piscina comunale. Non c’è nulla di terme. La spa a pagamento.

The only real positive point was the receptionist at check-out. She showed empathy, listened carefully and tried to find a responsible manager, although no one was available at that moment. She also offered a limited discount within her authority, which I appreciated, but this could not compensate for the overall experience.

The main issue was that the hotel sold us a room adapted for disabled guests without informing us in advance, either on Booking or at check-in. The room also seemed rarely used and was clearly not properly prepared. During a one-night stay, we experienced around ten unpleasant incidents: hygiene issues, stained extra blankets, underwear left in the room, a questionable bedsheet, poor communication from housekeeping, no proper follow-up after reporting the problems, unprofessional behaviour at breakfast, and no manager available the next morning. I later addressed a formal complaint to the appropriate person at the hotel, explaining the situation in detail and providing useful feedback on where they need to improve. However, apart from a general assurance that they would look into the matter, I received no real compensation, refund, or meaningful gesture of goodwill, despite the number and seriousness of the issues.

Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool auf der Terrasse war nicht mehr befüllt und auch die ganze Sonnenterrasse müsste dringend renoviert werden. Waren mit zwei Motorrädern angereist die wir neben dem Eingang parkten und mussten trotzdem für die Tiefgarage bezahlen !
