Complimenti appartamento molto molto carino pulito, Stefania gentilissima ...ottimo il box per l auto a 700 MT. Da non sottovalutare .. Posizione meravigliosa per chi in 10 minuti vuole andare in spiaggia,e per chi ha voglia di fare una passeggiata e perché no andare a san michele e poi santa margherita ligure ... A piedi .....in bus....o con il traghetto... Top.. Miky Gabry Marty e Zoe

Mieszkanie położone w samym centrum Rapallo, co moze być plusem ze względu na bliską odległość od plaż, restauracji czy dworca, ale też minusem ze względu na hałas dobiegający z ulicy (knajpy, koncerty). Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Ligurii. Kontakt z hostem idealny! Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone (klimatyzacja, pralko-suszarka, ekspres kapsułkowy, brakowało tylko zmywarki). Podczas dwutygodniowego pobytu, po około tygodniu mieliśmy sprzątanie oraz wymianę pościeli (w cenie), co było super udogodnieniem. Garaż choć oddalony o 5 minut spacery daje gwarancję bezpieczeństwa dla samochodu, a dodatkowo auto się nie nagrzewa.

Jeden minus - łóżko w salonie jest bardzo niewygodne, przydałoby sie wymienić w nim materac.

A fotók nagyon szerkesztettek. A valóságban sokkal sötétebb a lakás, és sokkal lelakottabb. Nem ártana egy festés és egy alapos takarítás. A lépcsőház olyan dohos, mint egy használaton kívüli pince. A hirdetés 70 m2-be bele van számolva a garázs is, ami így a valóságban max. 50m2. Jó tudni.

There was excellent communication from the start and also before arrival. Stefania was wonderful. She met up with us (even though she didn't have to) and immediately took care of an issue with the remote control.

Some of the kitchen utensils are getting old and should be replaced. Apart from that, we liked everything!

10 out of 10 for location, right at the waterfront in centre of town / big space / nice big towels / great parking it felt very safe

In the bedroom, it smelled like old fart. It could be the bathroom, or the mattress.. It wasn't pleasant - we ended up lighting all scented candles we could find. The mattress is memory foam, not great but that's our personal opinion.

Great apartment , near train station and helpful

Location is great since it is 100-150 meters from Rapallo train station. Very close to the Ferry point to cinque terre , portofino. Too many good restaurants around. Location is just perfect. Supermarket close and can do some shopping as well. Come with an AC in both the rooms. The location is the best part about this apartment, could not be any better. Come with a private parking which is very much needed as parking is scarce. The host gave some complimentary gifts which was nice.

The apartment comes with no view. You cannot open the windows as there is nothing to see as there is a building just across you and smell comes from the rotisserie below the apartment. Stairs smell moldy. We could never open the windows. The photos are not what the apartment looks like, things look old. There is no dishwasher so be aware, you would not necessarily want to wash dishes on your vacation if you plan on cooking something inside. The bathroom was clean but very old. No exhaust. Shower cubicle had plumbing coming outside the wall. Bathroom door handle from inside was coming out. Do not book this if you have to stay inside the apartment for long. You can basically not see anything. I am not sure if that is normal for the location but it felt like it. The bedroom windows do not open, the living room windows should not be opened due to the noise and smell. If you do not use the AC then you would feel suffocated. The parking is far, so you would not be able to travel back and forth too much. There is parking close by but it is usually full.

The property was clean, good size and had all the necessary for the time we spent there.

The entrance of the building is really weird. It smells mold. The door lock, despite working fine and the videos teaching how to use, is not an easy one to figure out when you are tired, with luggage and had to walk them to the place. Also, the garage was too far, I preferred to pay the parking beside the train station.
