"Bad"

Nothing.

Parking was far from apartment. Location was not clear. Host quickly abandoned any responsibility. Cleaning fee is hidden 80 Euro. Was not a 5 star cleanliness at all and it doesn't appear in the first search.

"Parking is a five minutes walk from the apartment, bathroom need to be updated and barely suitable for 5 members"

The apartment was very well-located, close to many supermarktes and groceries. It was also very clean and well-equipped. Even though it was close to the City Center, it was very quite and not noisy. Highly recommended!

"Nice flat in the heart of Rapallo"

Central and clean property in the heart of the city. The parking space was also convenient to have. It is also good value for money if you are 4 or more people.

We had some troubles with the keys, but that got sorted quite quickly. I would say the biggest minus are the owner who do a lot of upswell of their other services via emails.
