Spacious 1BR Galleria Apt with Pool & Free Park

It was very close (short walking distance) to where I needed to go to solve a business. The apartment is really spacious.

The apartment was not ready when I arrived 20 minutes after the time window. I had to wait around 20 minutes, standing, without any place to sit or anything. When the apartment was “ready,” and I entered it, the floor was wet, with dirt footsteps from the cleaner, and some corners were still dirty. I had to run back to the cleaner’s car to ask her to dry the floor. The cleaner didn't speak English.

The location was great, and the facility was secure and felt safe.

A little disappointed that there was such a strict non-smoking policy when our unit smell like smoke. The inside was moderately cleaned. There was food debris splattered on the wall behind the kitchen, and the bathroom was not in great shape. The host could also be a little bit more accommodating with things that are simple like coffee creamer, and perhaps not being stingy with towels. I was also disappointed that I woke up in the middle of the night to the AC being set to 76 when we left it at 70 when we went to sleep. I feel like the facility owners are a little bit controlling, and should probably allow their guests to enjoy the place without controlling the AC during their stay.

I had a miscarriage and they were very understanding due to blood loss and therefore towels and sheets got messed up didn't charge me.
