Spacious 1BR Galleria Apt with Pool & Free Park

I liked the way the pictures looked but when you get into the apartment it’s nothing like the pictures DO NOT BE FOOLED!

FLIES & GNATS EVERYWHERE it’s very old and cheap looking inside, paint scratched off the walls because it hasn’t been maintained properly, filthy floors, couch was very dirty, smelled like old smoke and sausages, NO PRIVACY is an apartment with many of people who just stand outside and stare at you. Very ghetto looking honestly. I refused to stay I went paid for another room I didn’t feel comfortable at all & I asked for a refund or some sort of compensation and was never reached back, horrible service , NEVER STAY HERE HORRIBLE QUALITY, I promise you’d do better at an hotel which is what I did.

Very spacious. Clean. Modern decoration.

The entrance is a bit hard to find. Not enough blankets in the room. Otherwise, all good.

No heater my son and me was here he is 3 told the 5 hour ago it was freezing in the house I had to go to my car to get warm the have a ac unit outside the windows the real ac do not work so it's it's cold they have no heat I ask them and message them to come they did not come

I enjoyed that it was close to the Spanish Consulate. The kitchen was great. Check in easy and and host communication was good.

"fancy" finishings were used to give a more luxurious look. However it wasn't well taken care of. While it was clean, the bathroom was in disrepair - the sink faucet was falling over, shower not draining and shower head spraying all over the place.

Location.

cockroaches, sink faucets were loose, shower head was lose. Floors didn’t feel clean, the TV image settings were awful and could not watch anything. The outside pictures are misleading and felt unsafe. Gate was broken and broken glass outside of the apt/property. One of the apt windows was secured by a piece of wood. This property needs some serious maintenance immediately.
