"Lovely stay on the river in most beautiful tents."

Tents and general surrounds are beautiful and the river activities are great

Would have loved more options for catering - possibly meals on request or more expansive kitchen facilities.

The location is absolutely beautiful.

The shared kitchen made the whole experience uncomfortable. It was soo dirty and smelly too, I was very disappointed. We booked a 4 sleeper tent with our kids. It’s not what it looks like on the website. The tent was not clean at all, spider webs hanging everywhere. They were short staffed for such a holiday, a lot of people were asking for reception and staff . Not acceptable!!!!

The photos waa amazing but what we got was not what we booked for Tranquil.. not!!!! Load banning music no rest and peace, not clean and definitely not luxury we hope to be refunded

If proper management it could be nice , but owner was absent and lioad music till early hours of the morning rob us all of sleep Grouo of drunkends were aloud on Sat with a horrible DJ to play music from 12/00 till after midnight after they already ruined our Friday nighr also with load music No respect for a peaceful weekend what we all needed

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Grounds are clean and it is such a pleasure to be there. Private and social. Feels like your at a resort. Gardens are beautiful and we had a great time celebrating my birthday. Open to day visitors so my family camping nearby could come aswell. Loved it. Really amazing vibes. Highly recommend!!!
