Worlds Apart - River Front Guest Farm & Camping

The outside area by the pool was nice. Staff were helpful but you get the feeling it's like asking a baker to make a cake with water and flour. The staff organised the fire brigade to put out the garden refuse burn they were doing as it causing an unpleasant stench around the site after I asked about it. Staff offered to dust the shelves and sweep and mop the unit on day 2 after I asked them to have a look at the state the unit was in. We had a great day on day 2 as the place was cleaned and the garden refuse burn was extinguished such that guests could enjoy the pool/lounge area.

The room was dusty from the moment we arrived, visibly dirty shelves where crockery was kept, dusty corners, spiderwebs everywhere. It's not the cleanest place. The lack of lighting in the kitchen. The fact they advertise as having wifi but there is no wifi, I later on looked into older reviews of the place and noticed this was an ongoing issue for the passed year. Essentially, this is false advertising and booking.com should take some responsibility for this as well by forcing an update of the listing. They were in the process of burning some garden refuse and that stank up the whole pool area, making the one positive thing about the place a negative. The fireplace inside the unit (the manor) doesn't let the smoke out effectively so be careful.

RATS IN THE ROOM AND CEILING NOT CLEAN DID NOT CLEAN ROOM GARDENS TERRIBLE HOUSE NEEES SERIOUS MAINTENANCE MANAGER SEND ANOTHER GUEST TO TRY AND CATCH THE RAT IN ROOM.

Everything about the stay was terrible

The host welcomed us with a friendly and warm welcome. The fisherman's cabin was very neat and well stocked with self catering cutlery and crockery. The free first night firewood and how the fire was set up was a lovely touch.

The fact that the ad said WIFI which it did not have and no TV to watch the rugby even though in the Ads picture there was a TV in the room and it said WI FI however the stay was great and I would go back anytime

Terrible, no one at reception to check us in, dirty rooms, mould all over inside of tent. Owners dogs were all over the place walking up and down slobbering on us, dirty kitchen and bathrooms

The safety , Monique was very caring & helpfull

It said there is wifi we got there & was told there is no wifi,, the dogs was not tht friendly towards us
