The location was great and central to all the activities around the SLC area. The apartment was easy to find, in a good location on property, is very quiet with no road noise and had a fantastic layout. The HVAC and WiFi worked great and the washer/dryer in unit was a plus. The kitchen was huge and the family area was very accommodating. Overall a great space to enjoy at a great value!

We were charged extra for an early arrival but it took 25 minutes after arrival to get the door code from the host. I was told to follow the online instructions but they were never sent. The unit needs some TLC - wobbly kitchen stools that need tightening, dirty carpet that stains bare feet, master bath towel rod that fell off the wall and the master bath shower curtain rod that was about to fall off the wall. We stayed during the Christmas holiday so the host was not very responsive... but we got numerous messages asking for a 5/10 star review. :) Looking at previous comments, seems that that our experience has been the same with guests over the last year or so.

Very clean and comfortable home. The beds were fantastic! Very relaxing home.

I felt a bit pressured to leave a rating, but honestly? The good reviews are earned. The towel rods in the main bath are not sturdy. Be careful so they do not fall off. I did not receive checkout procedures until after I have left the facility. I wish they would send check out procedures upon check in, but that is an easy fix.

If you're looking for a place to stay that feels like home, this is it! This place was so comfortable, and felt so much cleaner than a regular hotel. I stayed here with family, which included my elderly grandpa, and he said he felt more comfortable than any other trip he's made. Which was most important to us. Such a great quiet area with some good businesses in the area. I'm thankful and more than happy with our stay!:)

Spacey, clean, well organized.

Recommendations: Some chairs would need to be screwed together better and the shower curtain bar in the master bedroom is loose. Washing machine and dryer sounds like they are singing on the kast verse. But all those are easy fix things and nothing that stained our wonderful stay.
