Excellent location both for the beach and the town and even though the weather was awful , it meant that we could nip out in between the rain! Would recommend.

There wasn't a bin bag? Apart from that everything was great.

Good location, provision of most furniture needed, good amount of beds, washing machines with laundry powder, microwave, nice bay view

1/F so traffic can be a bit noisy, no fans (quite hot at night), no shower gel

Good instructions about key collection and parking. Free car park across the road. Upstairs from excellent Coop and 3 mins from big Tesco/Sainsbury’s/Aldi. Beach across the road and view of marina from one bedroom and the lounge. Superb Spanish restaurant downstairs too. Decent sized mugs and wine glasses. Five good saucepans and a nice non stick frying pan. Plenty of dinner plates and bowls. Spacious and clean fridge freezer. Plentiful towels. Lots of supplies - washing up liquid, bin bags, toilet rolls, toiletries, etc..

The flat has an odd ‘dressing room’ attached to large bedroom, where most of the other flats in the block would have an en-suite. The door doesn’t close properly so it rattles all night - I had to close it to prevent the light coming in from the dressing room window. It’s nice, but there’s no plug sockets in it for hairdryer or iron, and no mirrors - either in there or in the bedroom. There’s one small mirror in the smaller bedroom, one in bathroom and one in hallway. None is full-length. Elderly, bobbled, mismatched polycotton bedding was very uncomfortable and hot. There was no mattress protector on the bed in smaller room, or on the single bed. Fridge integral door not attached to cupboard door - this would be a very easy repair and be much less annoying. Elderly cooker - the clock seems to be impossible to set so it flashes constantly. Only one cooker hood light works. Cutlery all mismatched and very worn, feels like discarded stuff from the landlords home. No sieve/drainer for pasta/veg. No cloth or kitchen roll for wiping spills or cleaning surfaces. No tumblers or regular glasses for juice etc - only wine glasses. No walk-in shower (as claimed in listing), or non-slip mat or grab rail - the bathroom is not very disabled/elderly friendly. The bath plug leaks so I used a lot of water having to refill it every 15 minutes. There is no bidet (as listed). Floor behind toilet is broken/unfinished. Bathroom smells of stale cigarette smoke despite the air freshener. Perhaps an extractor fan would help? Broken door ledge to patio door/window in large bedroom. When the door is open on hot nights, the street lights make the room very bright - it would be helpful to have a blackout curtain across the to of the door rather than just a roller blind. .
