"Perfect spacious flat in the best spot of Swansea"

Thank you for the hosts for tremendous effort keeping this accommodation in such fabulous condition. We loved everything about the flat and its location: - very spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable flat - bright with beautiful views into marina - perfectly located, coop shop and 2 restaurants on your doorstep, 50 steps to the beach and 10 minutes picturesque walk alongside beautiful marina to the town centre. - free parking - our 5 year old daughter loved playing with toys provided in toy box. When we return to Swansea, we would love to be able to stay here again.

"Give this place a little TLC and I would return."

Location was lovely, Sailboats outside our window in a little harbour, close to downtown. Tea on the balcony outside the living room was great. Very spacious.

Cleanliness and overall maintenance. A little YLC is called for. Exposed sub floor around toilet, old plumbing hole exposed in bathroom. Balcony off was bedroom was inaccessible as door would not open over the broken threshold plate. Some painting and heavy cleaning around windowsills is needed. Carpet is showing signs of needing replacement. Hosts a bit unclear with regards to actual address, which got cleared up (It is not a Street number address, but a building name, which was not clearly explained.) No guarantee of a parking spot, which is listed as included in the price. Mention was made of using a pay lot idc the building's lot was full. We did manage to park our vehicle the one night we needed to.

The location was excellent right overlooking the marina. It was a large apartment which was welcoming.

The bed linens could do with updating to a better quality.

Beautiful views quite luxurious, close to the beach, the new arena and Swansea City centre and all amenities

Some damage in the apartment, dishwasher leaked a little bit on 1 occasion, beds a little uncomfortable with quite squeaky doors to some of the rooms

Beautifully located flat with comfy beds and all you may need. Really quiet location and so close to the sea front. Owners incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!
