Bella Studio - A cozy studio in the city center

Good location, can get anywhere easily. Spacious studio with high ceiling. Responsive host, asked how I was doing and allowed me to stay longer than check out time as I had a flight in the evening.

On the downside, I was at the end of September and it was about 12 degrees at night. It was quite cold in the studio. There was no heater. I went outside during the day to warm up when the temperature got up to 20 degrees.

Good location, host respond to messages

Smell of cigarettes even it was for non smokers. Towels had strong cigarettes smell. Keys to outside doors didn’t work and had to call neighbours to let me into the building after midnight.

The apartment is clean, separate bathroom, kitchen / lounge and mezzanine bedroom. There is a washing machine, fan, 2 plates, literally 2 sets of cutlery, a cup etc. There is an induction hob and a window The host was a good communicator and was very helpful and tried his best to replace our key when our key fob failed

Host wanted cash payment or revoult. Because I had no idea what revolut was until recently I had to exchange currency at the airport which ended up costing me a lot more than I wanted to pay for the room. If you can't take orthodox electronic payment then don't invite foreigners or holiday makers to your apartment. Cash is for locals who get paid in local currency Upon arrival we were told that the room we booked was not available and that we were given the smaller room as a replacement. I was expecting the larger room and was offered no reduction in price for the inconvenience. Only an apology. The room is on the fourth floor with no elevator. I had to lug a 30kg case up 4 flights. I would like to have been warned in advance about this. The one and only cooking pan provided for our stay didn't even work on the induction stove. So we had to eat out three times per day and ended up paying for the privilege. Luckily we only booked for two nights. No air conditioning, left the window open to get some air in the night and was half eaten by mosquito because there are mosquito nets provided. Fob key to enter the building was not working. I discovered this as I went out for a walk on my own while my partner was still asleep in the flat. This annoyed me because if we had both gone out we would have been locked out of the flat all night. I'm sure this was not the hosts fault, but with everything else wrong with my stay i can be forgiven for thinking that it probably was. I text the host and he brought us a replacement key fob the next morning. Upon our arrival we discovered a half consumed bottle of water, a half consumed bottle of pepsi and a half eaten opened pot of yoghurt was left in our fridge. Not sure if this was a gift from the owner, if it was gee thanks for the lovely thought! Pretty bad experience overall, and much more expensive and stressful than I had originally anticipated.

The location was quite close to the main attraction of the city. Host was friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and had everything what was needed for short stay.

Overall it was good experience. The one thing that I didn’t like it’s the absence of air conditioning. It was quite warm and fan was not helpful. But if you are staying during the cold season it should be fine.

The room is ok. It's a studio with basic furniture and a well equipped kitchenette (that we din't have the chance to use except for the fridge).

Definitely, the building. First of all, no one told us the studio is a 3rd floor and there is no lift. In fact, our main problem with the studio wasn't the studio itself, but the building. It's an old, terribly maintained building that is falling apart. Probably the creepiest place I can remember. We thought it had to be a mistake since the building looked like an abandoned place (see pictures).

The location is great, and the room was spacious, just like the photos.

I had to make my own bed, and the sheets and towels could be better. The fridge smelled and had some things in it that smelled off, but we're removed by the host upon request. Overall, it could have been cleaner.
