Very poor service nobody provided for check in

Location was great. Plenty of shops downstairs and around the complex

Some furnitures and items of the apartment unit are in bad conditions such as the ruined sofa with large tears, the thin mattress of the bed without spring and smelly pillows cases.

First of all, they contacted me to send contact information very early, I quite like their professionalism. The room is also normal but you know, this is Vietnam so that's what they have so we don't demand too much. Overall the apartment is quite good for the price

clean room, lovely and friendly staff. my plus point is that there is housekeeping service on request, i don't like people breaking into the room to clean without asking my opinion

The room is clean, new and beautiful. We were quite satisfied with our vacation here, Nha Trang people are very friendly Oki I like it and I will come bach

Facilities don’t include gym and pool - gym is in another building with paid entry, pool is in another hotel’s building and the hotel staff kicked us out.

This apartment is wonderful, spacious, bright, with amazing view on the whole harbour. The flat has everything you need for life. There is a fridge, liquid soap, plenty of hangers in the closet, free bottled water upon check-in and so on. There are no ants or cockroaches, which is great. The water in the shower is hot, the water pressure is excellent, the drain works well. The elevators are fast.
