The apartment was close to the beach.

It was the worst experience in Vietnam. First of all, the apartment isn't the same as in the photo. Kitchen furniture was terribly damaged and super smelly. Cockroaches were everywhere. Fans and AC were covered with dust. We couldn't use AC since it was smelly. Beds were smelly. The apartment was filled with snacks and water but there were no price tags so we thought it was for free. But in the end the staff asked us to pay for it. Parking for the car was quite expansive but even with this parking security damaged my car and of course blamed me for that. Additionally, there is only one elevator for customers. Sometimes we waited for 10 minutes just for the elevator... It was a terrible experience, I would not recommend this place.

The hotel has a good location and is very convenient for eating and shopping.

The floor in the room is very dirty, there is a lot of dust and hair and it has not been cleaned. The sheets and pillowcases are old and yellowed and look terrible.

The host Mr. Jerry was very very helpful and assisted us in every thing. We certainly would live to come here again and again. The place is located at a perfect location. Right in front of a beach. The apartment has everything. And very reasonably priced as well. Overall we had a great experience in Nha Trang.

The cleanliness of the apartment can be better.
