The only thing I genuinely liked was the security guard, ABONGILE SONJANI, who was extremely helpful and professional. I also appreciated the facilities available for use and how secure the building was.

What I didn’t like was Mafadi Air’s communication and overall handling of customer concerns. They require a R2000 deposit and state that refunds take 7–10 working days, yet there seems to be ongoing issues with deposits not being returned promptly. The apartment itself also had cockroaches and stains on the bedding. When I requested a change of bedding, I received no response or assistance, which was very disappointing.

The location is good. The view is good. The apartment is nice.

The cockroaches were still there, even though I was told they were gone.
