Sofas very uncomfortable small chaise longues No side lamp in my bexroom No tin opener No ovenware to cook simple pasta bake or roast No shampoo etc Needing help working tv and other apps (my daughter very used to sorting that out wS defeated) owner rather dismissive and unhelpful. So we just had to rely on Netflix

Lea Hall perfect in every way train station literally just across the road, N.E.C 10 minutes away, shopping 10 minutes away, perfect location, lovely house, very clean beds and comfortable, it had all the facilities you could ever want, and great value you couldn't ask for More

Clean, simple and close to places you can get food.

The only thing I disapprove of was the shower, the pressure was too low and main front door needs fixing as it was wonky and hard to open.

Good size house, very reasonably priced and very clean. It is very close to the local train station. Three bedrooms upstairs. Good sized kitchen and living room and bathroom downstairs. There is a garden, not mentioned in the property profile which gives some outdoor space but there are no chairs, table etc in it.

Some key utensils from the kitchen such as tin opener and bottle opener were not provided. There is not much in the local area but this should not be an issue as most people would be using it as a crash pad. Bathroom door very noisy to close and open.

So clean and tidy

Only problem but not so much of a problem just that leaving at 11 was a bit early with the kids
