Luxury 2 bed apartment, centre of the barbican!

Excellent location and the bonus of a car parking space. Very clean and well presented, lovely kitchen resources. Good size property with all you need on hand. Great communication with the owner.

We found it very hot in the apartment, would benefit from additional fans in bedrooms.

Quirky apartment

Not having enough windows to open to let air in as it was very hot weather.

Excellent location in the centre of the Barbican within walking distance of a supermarket and loads of shops and restaurants (including a great fish and chips shop). Really great instructions and a good host. Very clean, great space and 2 double beds (one with ensuite). Would highly recommend this apartment for convenience to the Barbican and quality of accommodation.

Fabulous location right in the very heart of Plymouth Barbican. The apartment is walking distance from many, many tourist attractions including Plymouth aquarium, Citadel, Plymouth Hoe & city centre….& if you’re keen walkers like we are you can even walk to Royal William Yard in about 40 minutes! The Barbican vibe is second to none. I loved the quirky shops, gorgeous tea rooms and the many pubs which are right on the doorstep if you stay here. The apartment is spotless, modern, comfortable & well equipped with a parking space which fit our big Volvo estate with no problem at all. The photos do not do this place justice. It is even better in real life! It’s fair to mention that you do hear some noise from the Greek restaurant below the apartment. This is minimal and absolutely did not bother us and I would definitely say that this should not put anybody off staying here. Super easy check-in & check-out and a lovely, helpful host. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The apartment was beautiful, everything we needed and great location.

Although I’m not sure there’s much you can do about it I have to mention the noise from the Greek restaurant, OK when they finish at 10 but some nights they were clattering around downstairs quite late, maybe suggest asking them to keep voices down when doing the clean up outside after service. One other thing is the bedding, the apartment is beautiful but could be so much better if the bedding and mattresses were upgraded, mattress quite uncomfortable and pillows really thin, sheets seem’d a little tired.

Excellent location. Short walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants, also the town centre. Apartment was perfect for us, cleanliness and facilities excellent.

Could have done with a few more coat hangers but other than that everything was great.
