Yagappa Heritage Resort - Near Lake & Bus Stand

Location and room was good.

Food was delivered one hour late and was not good. We reached 2 hours late still checkin was also delayed around 30-45 mins saying the rooms are not yet ready. We never get basic amenities like bath towel or tissues or toilet papers unless we ask for it.

- The staffs were very kind. - Room boy Mathew was very helpful to arrange everything as needed. -Food was very nice ☺️. They prepared fresh and served hot. - Nice breakfast 🥞. - Nice location and near the main attractions. - The camp fire was excellent

Fecility is below the bar. - very small room - not suitable for families with children. I am not sure if big rooms are available. - there is no room heater or AC in the room. A room heater will be provided with Rs. 1500 additional cost. - hot water supplies only for 2 to 3 minutes then we will get very cold water. - The room was dirty and not well cleaned

Location was excellent..room size was good and staff was polite and courteous in nature..

Almost everything. 1) first they denied the room that we booked on booking.com, they argued that we booked a another low cost room, we fought hard and got the room that we booked. 2) food -> its too spicy and salty. It doesnot change even after we inform them multiple times. 3) HIGH SPEED INTERNET -> Internet didnt work at all, not even a single point, when we asked for it, they said its like this for them as well. I dont know how to accept it 4) rooms are not clean, old buildings 5) no heater or camp fire provided even at colder conditions. 6) overall very bad experience and not worthy for value

Everything was good, the front desk, Kavita, the front desk executive,the smiling bell boys, the room (314) with a balcony and mesmerzing view of the town, especially in the night. Hot water round the clock. Also hot water for drinking round the clock from several dispensers on the ground floor, the flask in the room made it easy to do that job ourselves. A very well kept garden including avocado and peer trees, we spent much time in leisurely strolls. Crowning glory of the jewel, the cook, Mr Satiraj, who laid those fantastic 7 course breakfasts, and excellent gourmet ala carte orders, served with a sweet smile. Excellent caretaking by the manager ( forgot his name, sorry), whom i did bother a lot on his mobile, as the reception phone was not working at times.) Sure to refer this place to my close ones and waiting to revisit myself.
