what I didn't like about this property this is an old building and it need to be upgrade the pictures that they have online are not true the apartment had a very bad smell with rust spots ,mold, mildew, stains and it had stain carpet i really think that this could be a good place to stay if they can put some money into it and also the parking for just 2days was kind of high the only thing that i can say about what i like was the Location it's on 6th street with a balcony that faces 6th street with crackheads that sits across the streets buying drugs all day long so all i can say is stay at your own risk so sorry for the disappointing commit but the truth is the truth.....
GBAwesome place to visit in the hear of 6th street and old Austin!!! Best places to eat and just take in part of what what makes Austin so great!!!! Can't wait to return!
This property is in a great location for 6st fun. Alot of homeless in the area make it feel sketchy. Loft was comfortable and a great layout for grouos. Could use some plumbing upgrades but it was a good stay and we will return.

Loose handrail, both bathroom drains were slow, clump of hair on the floor, lots of wear and tear on walls and counters, overpriced considering the condition of the place. It looks as if the appliances, countertops and bathroom fixtures were at least 30-40 years old, lots of wear in general. Would not recommend.
