USThe location. That’s it.
The pictures did not accurately depict the unit AT ALL. The rooms don’t have secure doors, just a sliding door. The bathroom sink was clogged, we were told them were coming to fix it and never did. The WiFi in the unit wasn’t working, we had to use the neighbors WiFi. And the building elevator is so run down I thought we were goin to get trapped in there. You literally only pay for location with this unit.
GBThe property is nothing like the advertised photos. Not even remotely close ! For the price we paid this is a pure scam. The place you are actually getting is smelly, dark, and just thrown together with makeshift solutions. Home made barn doors separate the two “bedrooms” but doesn’t even close property. Holes in the walls and paint flaking off as well as really low standard finishes. I would be ok with this if the price reflected this and that they didn’t advertise with photos showing high ceilings and high end finishes. Don’t fall for this , and stay at a real hotel instead.
The communication and access were great. The location in an area with live music and bars - very loud until after 2am. The room was furnished nicely, but very run down.

Pro - Great location, clean, and full of amenities. Con - The workmanship of the decor is lacking, things are falling off the wall, and lights not working. It's convenient to be able to communicate with customer service via text, but when things don't work, they cannot provide immediate support.
As property has no humans, getting the right PIN code for building entry is literaly the most important thing. Instead, they sent wrong pin code, and did not reply for a half hour. Standing outside, with luggage, in unsafe area being harrased by local addicts. If you are going to automate, you must get it right. Instead, pins dont work and it took them 45 minutes to text me the right one! Property itself very dated, but very large
