USThe communication was excellent, with quick and efficient replies. The space itself was spacious and. However, the kitchenware wasn’t clean upon arrival, and the balcony door was broken, which made the noise from outside more noticeable and allowed more cold air to come in. The noise level is to be expected given the central downtown location. Overall, the stay was decent, but a few improvements could make it much better.

Most dishes appeared to have been cleaned in the dishwasher but some particles stuck on. Ended up soaking and handwashing them. Ice maker was not functioning and no ice cubes trays, at least trays to make ice would have been nice. Hallway light up the stairs to the loft is electrically connected to the bedroom light switch…a little strange. Toilet seat in bathroom was loose. Parking was convenient. Many homeless hanging out and sleeping directly across the street.

GBThis two bedroom air conditioned/heated apartment is ideally situated in the heart of downtown Austin on the famous E 6th Street, the heart of music and affordable dining and the apartment is walkable to the Capitol Building in Austin. The apartment is extremely spacious with a well equipped kitchen and two loft bedrooms (one with a balcony) and a bathroom. Parking is available in an adjoining multi storey car park with parking spots adjacent to the apartment entrance on the 5th Level. We dined at Dead Rabbit Irish Bar directly opposite which was excellent. Recommend the Chowder Soup. The visitor centre is blocks 2 blocks away and an easy walk. We booked a city minivan tour which was very good value and very interesting and covered large areas of Austin City Centre and its suburbs.

Literally everything. The staff were incompetent and VERY slow with requests. USED bedding. Dirty facilities. Plug not working in bathroom. Parking outrageously expensive per day. Bed and bedding very very cheap and uncomfortable. The layout of the room was insane and stupid. Stepped on something sharp and complained with absolutely zero apology or remedy of the situation whatsoever. This place is an absolute overpriced dump and needs a complete overhaul. DIRTY. DIRTY BATHROOM and just generally gross place to stay.
Elevator was not working and there was a fee that was not disclosed for parking . Unit was very outdated bathrooms looked either dirty or just needs some care
