No extra blankets. The downstairs AC didn't want to set to heat at all.. therefore was really uncomfortably cold. As it was actually snowing that night. The upstairs AC worked beautifully.. however the noise was ridiculously loud..even with earplugs.. it really needs some maintenance & I wouldn't stay again in room 703 unless it was fixed..

Good view
USThe location downtown was nice. Of course there's lots of homeless people and I had to pay for parking because of that, but I could walk to the bars and shops, so that's why I picked this location. There were a couple of water bottles in the fridge for me. The sheets were clean, though the pillows seemed suspect.
I had to do the pre-check in on a 3rd party website, which was very uncomfortable and super frustrating and difficult, that alone will prevent me from using this property ever again in the future. The apartment itself wasn't great. A lot of the closets didn't even have doors, just curtains. The tp was almost gone, and I had to go to the far cabinet to find more. Iykyk. The entire apartment was stiffeled, and even the walls were sticky. Needs paint, new carpet, and an actual designer. There were lots of big windows and a balcony, but as nice as they view could have been, all that I noticed were the homeless people right downstairs of the building. The elevator was broken, so accessibility is limited. I had to pay for parking, which was $30 for one night. This is the section 8 version of an airbnb. If you want to stay here, know that going into it.
FRGreat facilities and location
I stayed in this building January 2024 and it was OK, came back in January 2025 and it has very much gone downhill. The lady in the front lobby working in the building was not friendly or very helpful. Our first room the balcony door was broken and I had to really push to be moved, even with the safety concern. Once we saw the unit we were being moved to, I realized how dirty BOTH units were. There was black mold in the shower all over the ceiling. We were only given sheets for blankets, and when I asked for blankets they gave us one (unit had two beds, and booked for three people). The homeless outside are very loud all night long, which we did expect the city to be loud so can’t totally hold it against, but just so you don’t expect to sleep well. The upstairs heat didn’t work on auto, and when we arrived the unit was set for only 60 and it was freezing. Overall would NOT recommend, especially for the price.

Parking was nightmare was told I had parking g passes to come and go get to property find out they were out and have been out for a while so was unable to leave hotel room without having to pay large amount for parking code to enter was not the same one emailed to me. Had to contact property over and over to find out how to get in they were u able to give me number for parking area even though it’s attached to their building
