All three mattresses and duevae covers had urine stains. The property nothing has been to remedy they keep you’re money even though you take a look at the place in person and run away to some place more honest and less sketchy.

I didn’t like the homeless encampment outside of the window no more than 10 feet from the the balcony that had a broken lock to the sliding door. You’re crazy if you think this place is safe and secure. The attic has open access to the outdoors. I know because the attic access panel was missing and I thought someone might be up where so I had to shine my phone light up there to check but hell no I got out as fast as possible. This place trucks you with the nice picture online but when you arrive and see for yourself it’s quite the contrast.

Very conveniently located. We arrived to a broken entrance, non-functioning elevator, and no hot water in the shower for the entirety of our stay. They did refund one night. I would not stay there again.

The bathroom in my room was not up to standards. The tub was stained with old caulking, some missing and several black areas. This made me very concerned about the full cleanliness of the entire room. The location was great and it appears they had done renovations. I hope they are still in the process and will update the bathroom.

If the keypad on the front door of the building had been working, this would have been a more convenient stay. I did not have a car and accessing the building by going through multiple levels of the parking garage on foot was a bit annoying.

The Elevators weren’t working. There was no clear signage in the car park directing to the apartments. No one to speak to on site. Communication was poor. Didn’t stay to be able to comment on apartment facilities.
