Great location, very clean and quite spacious for a property in London.

The windows don't provide much noise insulation and no air conditioning system. Apartment can get quite warm at night.

The flat is in an excellent location and is very bright and modern. There's a great range of shops and restaurants on your doorstep and your walking distance to the nearby train stations. The booking process is very straightforward and the communication/ customer service from the owners is impeccable. I'd highly recommend it and would certainly look to stay again.

The location was great and all local amenities close by, we were opposite a wingstop which was probably the only highlight.

The beds were terrible, all three had springs popping out. I expect at least a comfortable bed for the price paid. With it being such a small room for 3 people too it got incredibly warm, there should really be a fan in each room (bedroom and living room). The bathroom had no fan or window. Didn’t receive any communication on the day about how to get in - we had to chase the owners. Booking.com also cited checkout was up to 12pm but the owners said if we wanted to check out at 12 there would be an additional charge, in which case change booking.com because we booked train tickets based on that check out time. Also no lifts and a mission to get up to the rooms, so if you have a lot of luggage - good luck! All in all, I would not recommend and I would go for a hotel next time.
