Location was excellent and communication with hosts was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and apartment was clean and tidy.

The apartment is located next to a gambling house...all night there was noise, arguing...horrible... The owner sent us an account for the guarantee which did not work and created a terrible stress for us... all the time he threatened us that he would not accept us in the apartment until the guarantee entered his account... we had to pay the cash guarantee to be able to enter the apartment... after many prayers... I spent a whole day in stress... very unpleasant holiday...

Location

They asked for £200 deposit on top of what I was quoted when I booked for 2 adults and 3 kids 2 weeks before we were due to go which I paid. Now they say they are only giving me £27 back as they say there was 3 missing wine glasses. Sorry but I'm not that desperate for some cheap glasses. A total scam. Even though I originally booked for 3 children they say this was extra charge for the children. I'm disgusted . Would have been better booking a hotel! Would not recommend this place .

"Superb"

The apartment was in the centre of Watford town. It was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials you would need for a break away

It was quite noisy at night, although that's to be expected in the centre of town, didn't put us off and would definitely book again
