"Very comfort and the owner is absolutely good."

it’s clean, neat, surprisingly all the kitchen utensils and furniture are all there.

it’s its bad and good, it’s located at high street so it’s super convenient, but it’s somehow noisy at Fri night and Sat night, but we think they’re alright as if you closed all the windows tightly.

"Clean, safe, best location in Watford"

Excellent location, clean flat with all the supplies you’ll need for your stay. Felt safe and plenty of restaurants, fast food, grocery option with 2 mins. Washing machine / dryer, plates, utensils etc. all clean and plenty

The WiFi internet was a bit unstable during our stay. The property owner did their best to help and stabilise. The flat is on the second floor and there is no lift. Not an issue, but be mindful if you have elderly, are mobility restricted or have a lot of luggage.
