Ideally located on the main road leading to the beach directly down the hill from the train station. , this property is very spacious and cosy. I recommend this flat to anyone with at least one or two kids who like downtime after a day at the beach. Nice sofa and TV with Netflix was included. Not that we watched it other than for two minutes before checking out. Having stayed at the hosts other property near the sea life centre I would recommend anyone to book this property or the other by the same hosts in Brighton. The standard is always very good and the price always very reasonable including if last minute.

Excellent location and facilities

Not really a fault of the property but we chose a 2nd floor flat as it had a lift. However this was not working during our stay

It was very central to everything. A later check out request was also accomodated which was very helpful.

Hot water didn’t last for 4 showers in the morning. A little noisy at night due to central location. Unfortunately unable to open windows due to the increase in the noise and also strong cooking smells coming into the smaller bedroom from extractors from food outlets directly below the window. Bed in the second bedroom was also on the small side for two adults.

Sehr nettes cozy Apartement , nahe am Pier. Zentrale Lage, viele Restaurants und Bars im Umfeld. Nette , geduldige und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Im Apartement selbst war alles sehr sauber. Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man so für einige Tage in Brighton braucht.

Es war anfangs etwas unübersichtlich mit der Kaution, die extra zu den Booking com Konditionen zu bezahlen war. Da gab es vorher keinen Hinweis in der Beschreibung auf Booking com. Scheint aber in Brighton so üblich zu sein. Wurde auch alles wieder ordnungsgemäß rücküberwiesen nach dem Aufenthalt. Mit der Lockbox gab es auch leichte Probleme. Die war zu voll und ging erst mit Gewalt auf. Die Sauberkeit außerhalb, wenn man die Fenster öffnet, ist ein wenig ein Problem wegen der vielen Tauben.
