The best of all was the location in the heart of Portofino, really perfect.

We expected to get 2 double rooms for 4 people, in fact one room was for 3 people + one space with single bed- very old mattrace with springs getting into your back....

Der Vermieter ist absolut unkoperativ was auch von anderen Bewertungen hervorgeht. Es werden nur automatisierte Nachrichten gesendet. Man kann nichts mit ihm ausmachen. Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind gefährlich. Das Internet hat nicht funktioniert. Ich würde empfehlen lieber etwas mehr Geld in die Hand zu nehmen und sich was besseres zu suchen.

Konum bir harika. Klasik Portofino fotoğrafındaki bir binada kalıyor olmak çok keyifli. Banyo ve tuvalet gayet temiz. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Yolladıkları linkte park yerine girişten konaklama sonunda neyin nasıl yapılacağı çok açık ve net şekilde videolar ile anlatılmış. Mutfakta tek eksik mikrodalga fırın. Dekorasyon eski gibi olsa da Portofino havasında bence daha keyifli hale geliyor. Otopark çarşıdaki umumi otopark olsa da uzaklik sadece 5 dk.

Check out zamanı geldiği anda eşim içeride duş alırken temizlikçiler kendi anahtarları ile girmişler. Kötü bir deneyim. Açıkçası işletmeci hem check in anında hem de check out anında hayli kaba davranıyor. Yaşanan kötü olay sonrasında kahvaltı etmek istedik ve arabamızı otoparkta bıraktık. Telefonla arayıp bize ebeveyn gibi terbiye vermeye kalktı. Sadece özür dileyebildik ve kendimizi kötü hissettik. Bu arada park yerini işgal etmek gibi bir durum söz konusu olamazdı, çünkü temizlik henüz bitmemiş durumdaydı. Ev en üst katta ve merdivenler hayli zorlu. Özellikle çıkıp en son merdivenlerin dikliğini gördüğünüzde elinizde bavul varsa sakatlanabilirsiniz. O yüzden fazla eşya götürmemek lazım. Indirmek daha da zorlu oluyor.

I liked the location, It was very central.

Their was no wifi, their were no 2 bedroom but just one single bedroom but advertised as 2 which is unfortunate as i booked this place for 3 people not 2. I had alot of inconveience and had to sleep just on mattress. You also need to walk on the top floor so if you have alot of luggage or very old then be careful. I travel around the world and many times situation like this arise but at the end it so much depend on the behaviour of the other person in dealing the situation. In my case the host is very unethical and rude person. They never picked the phone when called, replied my message like 12 hrs after, didn't accepted any requested and started harrasing me when i checked out at 10:15 AM instead of 10 AM which is also quite odd time as generally upto 11 AM should be acceptable. It was last minute booking for us and realizing now why it was still available till last minute during the hot season of August. I hope my honest reviews are helpful for someone in future.
