Posizione ottima, veramente a pochi metri in linea d'aria dalla spiaggia. Una delle piu' belle e ampie. Pulizia e comfort alloggio eccellenti. Cucinotto con microonde e frigorifero ampio, e dotato di bollitore, moka e caffettiera all'americana. Piscina nello stabile. Portineria con personale molto cortese e disponibile. Vicini silenziosi. Tanti locali e supermercati e pochi passi.

Nei momenti di maggior caldo, i ventilatori non sono sufficienti, sarebbe necessaria l'aria condizionata. Il letto matrimoniale e' piccolo per due persone.

Je n’ai pas aimé le voisinage, il y a du bruit tôt le matin à cause des cafés restaurant et des magasins.

The location of the property was very convenient: near to the beach, shops, restaurants, local attractions and not too far from the bus station (to and from the Tenerife South airport). It was well equipped with all necessary kitchenware. The owner was nice and flexible offering us a late check out option that we needed because of our late flight.

Noise from outside during sleeping hours. An air conditioning system could have allowed us to keep the windows closed so that we were not disturbed too much by the noise from outside. The pillows could be more comfortable.

Very easy to access the apartment. had everything we needed. Kitchen was small but that was ok because we ate out all of the time. 2 mins from beachfront where theres lots of bars and restaurants. You could get 1l of beer for 2 euros. full breakfast for 5euros. also next to mcDonalds. nice pool but not much shade and only a couple of sunbeds with no parasols. we went before school hols and i'm sure all the beds would be gone in first 10 mins in hol time. Apartment had EVERYTHING (except AC) you would need. Beds were very comfy. Owner messaged me after booking confirming how to 'check in' and stated that the keycode to the lock box would be provided the day of arrival which it was. Highly recommend

Overlooks a row of shops inc mCDonalds and in the morning it was noisy with bin men and delieveries. at night surprisingly quiet though. No air con but there was a fan. My only issue was a lot of steps and as i have chronic arthritis it took a lot of work going up and down. But i would return.

everything was perfect. I read so many reviews and I was bit worried as I travelled ŵith a baby but everything was perfect not to much noise or any other inconvenience .

Location was excellent, very clean

Lacked a few essentials Sockets in bedroom were not European so our electrical items would not fit Shelf or cabinet need in bathroom for toiletries

The location is absolutely perfect, not even five minutes from the beach and close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets
