Stay few meters to Las Vistas Beach. Free Wifi.

The location to the beach was excellent. Very safe area, and you can walk all along the beach promenade to other areas of Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The owner quickly repaired a defective shower head and burnt out light bulb in the kitchen.

The exterior of the property in general is in disrepair. Peeling paint, cracked steps leading to your unit, and large insects. The beds in the unit are old and hard to sleep on. The towels left for us were folded while wet and smelled of mold. We had to take them to the laundromat on the street above to wash them. There was evidence of bug droppings in the kitchen cabinets.

Brilliant location apartment spotless everything you need for a self catering stay. Host Oscar answered every question we had and check in was simple

In the description, the apartment is described as 50m2 , but in reality it is 25m square meter !  The bed linen and towels smelled bad and the floor was extremely dirty.  There is no air conditioning and it is unbearably hot in the apartment.  Can't sleep!  Close there are at least 4 restaurants that make unimaginable noise from 8 in the morning to 02 at night.  I do not recommend anyone to rent this apartment, the price-quality ratio is pure robbery and a big lie.  I asked the owner to clean the apartment, to which he replied that it was  not possible and gustumer need cleaning self . and all sanitary materials were missing .  Finally don't ever make the mistake of renting this hole
