It was very good experience, all the information was given by email and also booklet was available if you have any questions. Place was clean and you have there everything to enjoy perfect break away. Very close walk got the beach, shops, entertainment place and pool. Thanks again for having us, we will returns definitely :)

Just a little note, there were some dog hair on the sofas with having allergic partner that was only thing which might be taken into consideration for other guests.

The chalet was clean, tidy and located near to everything. There was also ample parking nearby.

Details for collecting the keys were given on the day and were easy to follow. The Chalet was clean and tidy and there was a hoover and dustpan and bush to keep the place clean during our stay. The onsite pool was great for the kids and easy to access. There is an open top costal bus service that stops right outside the holiday park and cost just £9 for a family of 5 to travel to and from Great Yarmouth for the day.

We were told entertainment passes were included, they were not!!!!! We were turned away from the onsite entertainment on the first night. On checking with the chalet management we were told that a message would be passed to the owners of the entertainment complex and we would be able to gain access, again we were turned away after being told the owner of the chalet had not paid for entertainment passes!!! We had the choice to pay £50 ourselves or forego the entertainment. We decided to give it a miss. We also had to pay extra on our stay for even basic linen on the beds. I understand towels and the like but i have never had to pay for bed sheets and pillowcases before. It appears this is now included in the price of the stay, double check before booking as you don’t want to bd caught out. We stayed during a very hot week and had to buy a fan from the local supermarket as there was not one in the chalet despite the description saying otherwise. Communication with the managers of the chalet was very good on the first night however when we have tried to address the entertainment issue since, we have been unable to get a response.

It was thoughtfully furnished and had what we needed for a one night stay. We had to book 2 as a minimum but £200 was still cheaper than hotel rooms at short notice for visiting family. Also had not been to California sands before and wanted to visit the area. The facilities on site were good and the short walk to beach was nice.

The beds were not made up on arrival and the towels were very thin and small. Disappointing for the extra £40 paid for linen hire.

No WiFi. Dog friendly property but not dog friendly on site club. Hot water didn’t seem to be included as stated as it ate the money in the meter as soon as you switched the water heater on. Felt that the company was keen to charge extra if you didn’t comply with all their rules.

Very well equipped and clean. The key code was sent on time and the location map made it easy to find.

There was nothing not to like, we had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay.
